1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Dragonstars Studios LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through the website THS5STAR.com. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Dragonstars Studios LLC is a professional media production company delivering premium creative solutions tailored to the needs of modern businesses and content creators. Our core services include:
High-quality video production (short-form, long-form, promotional, branded, etc.)
Reels and social media-ready video snippets
Professional post-production editing
Graphic design elements related to video production
Scriptwriting and storyboard development support
Please note: We do not offer coaching, educational programs, or mentorship services. Our focus is solely on professional media production and creative content delivery.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide clear project briefs, all necessary assets (e.g., logos, footage), and timely feedback according to mutually agreed deadlines. Delays in client response may impact delivery timelines and final outcomes.
4. Revisions & Delivery
Each project includes a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the service package. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges. Final delivery formats and timelines are determined during project onboarding and confirmed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in USD using approved payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer). Work begins once a deposit or full payment is received, as agreed in advance. Due to the nature of creative services, no refunds are offered once production has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property & Licensing
All deliverables remain the property of Dragonstars Studios LLC until full payment is received.
Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the final media assets in accordance with the agreed usage terms.
Dragonstars Studios LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or for marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
7. Third-Party Content
Clients are responsible for securing the necessary rights to any third-party content (e.g., music, footage, logos) they supply. Dragonstars Studios LLC assumes no liability for copyright or licensing issues arising from user-provided materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragonstars Studios LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.
9. Performance Disclaimer
As a media production company, we create content with technical and artistic precision. However, we do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or performance of the produced media on social media platforms, websites, or other distribution channels.
10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
11. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
